Roof inspection due to possible leak
Our experience with Will Doolittle and Idaho Roofing Contractors was excellent! We were referred to him by our neighbor (also a happy customer of his) because we were investigating a leak and called IRC to assess the issue. Will was thorough and explained everything. What we also appreciated was his use of photos and videos (with narration) to walk us through a visual inspection of the roof and attic, showing us the affected areas causing the leak. The quick turnaround to come back and make the necessary repairs was also impressive. We highly recommend IRC and Will in particular - his knowledge, attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and great customer service are second to none!
Roof replacement
Will came out doing an inspection and recommendation of repairs. Will gave me a thorough report showing me the places where the roof had issues and best advice on how to address. We knew the roof on the garage and house needed work...both over 20 and the other over 30 years old. I very much appreciate the communication the whole team did. They were on time with their estimates, were fast but complete. Really the only issue I had with the whole experience was with their subcontractor on delivery of material. However, Idaho Roofing took responsibility to work with the contractor to get the lawn issue addressed. I would recommend them to others. They had fair prices and quality work. They did a great job in cleanup and were respectful to myself and my wife. GREAT JOB!
Roof Inspection
Will Doolittle completed an inspection on my 18 year old roof. I was thinking the roof needed replacing sooner than later, that was not the case. He did not take advantage of the situation but was honest on the condition of the roof. It has another two to three years of ware remaining. There isn't any amount of money that can compare the value of an honest inspection. I will be contacting Idaho Roofing Contractors when it is time to replace my roof.
