Shingles missing or damaged?
Following some heavy snow fall it appeared some roofing singles had shifted and possibly some were missing. We worked with Chris at Idaho Roofing Contractors. He was extremely pleasant, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He determined there was no damage.
Outstanding Customer Service
Chris came out ready to put his booties on. I met him at the door and we walked around my property. Chris was able to see what I needed fixed without me even saying a word. Great Experience All Around
Idaho Roofing Contractors and their employees were a pleasure to work with from looking at the old garage roof to giving me several options. Chris Newton is a great salesperson. I loved his video and hands on presentation, outlining what my roof looked like and choices I had. He kept me up on who was coming to do which jobs. Eddy and his roofing crew were great. They were very professional in removing the old roof and putting on the new one, including cleaning up each day. They did a great job of putting up the solar fan I bought, too. I was very impressed by Chris's knowledge about all aspects of roofing-not just the sales part. I highly recommend Idaho Roofing Contractors!
Extend existing kick out flashings
It was a great experience. Chris and Ben came out to evaluate why rain kept dripping onto the front door dormer. Kick out flashings hadn't been extended to the eaves so water was dripping onto and under the stucco. After reviewing the entire roof they recommended replacing plastic J-vents with metal vents . Polo was assigned to do the work and he was fantastic. And while dodging rain for two days discovered another area that needed eave repair. He also took pictures of the work required and the materials he used. GREAT JOB!
Repairs
This is the second time I have worked with Idaho Roofing Contractors. The first time they put in a flashing that had not been put in during the construction of our home. During this repair they also noticed our vents were made of plastic and they all had cracks in them. Their work for the flashing and replacement of the vents was excellent and quick. This time we had an issue with rainwater flowing over the raingutter and under to run down the soffit. IRC notice the builders had placed an extra piece of sheet metal under the shingles so two inches of the raingutter was not being used. EXCELLENT CATCH by the company. The roof technician that came out to fix the problem was professional, courteous, and worked quickly to fix the problem. His name was Polo and I highly recommend him and Idaho Roofing Contractors for any of your roofing needs or problems.
