Meridian, ID – June 1, 2024 – Idaho Roofing Contractors is excited to announce the launch of our annual “Nominate Your Neighbor” program for 2024. This community-focused initiative invites residents to nominate deserving homeowners for a chance to receive a free roof installation. Our goal is to give back to the community and support those who have significantly contributed to the well-being of others.
About the Program
The “Nominate Your Neighbor” program is designed to recognize and assist homeowners who have made a positive impact in their community but may lack the means to replace their roof. From June 1st through July 31st, we are accepting nominations for individuals or families residing in Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Garden City, Star, or Kuna.
How to Participate
Nomination Period: June 1st, 2024 to July 31st, 2024.
Eligible Nominees: Homeowners currently residing in the residence they own, located in Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Garden City, Star, or Kuna. Property managers, renters, and non-resident homeowners are not eligible.
How to Nominate: To nominate a deserving neighbor, NOMINATE YOUR NEIGHBOR HERE and complete the nomination form. Provide detailed information about the nominee, explaining why they deserve a new roof and how they have positively impacted their community.
Selection Process
Winners will be selected by the Idaho Roofing Contractors team based on need, community impact, and other relevant factors. Winners will be notified by August 31st, 2024, and the roof installations will take place in September 2024. Winners must accept the contest rules and terms and conditions to receive the roof.

Official Contest Rules
- Eligibility
- Nominees must be homeowners currently residing in the residence they own.
- The property must be located in Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Garden City, Star, or Kuna.
- Property managers, renters, and non-resident homeowners are not eligible.
- Nominators must provide accurate and truthful information about the nominee.
- Nomination Submission
- Nominations are accepted from June 1st, 2024 to July 31st, 2024.
- Each nominator may submit one nomination.
- Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected by the Idaho Roofing Contractors team.
- Winners will be notified by August 31st, 2024.
- Winners must accept the terms and conditions to receive the roof.
- Roof Installation
- The roof will be installed in September 2024, weather permitting.
- Winners must grant Idaho Roofing Contractors access to their property for roof installation and related activities.
- The property must comply with all local building codes and regulations.
- Winners must review and sign the “Prepare for Arrival” document outlining necessary preparations.
- If tree removal or other preparations are needed, the homeowner is responsible for these arrangements.
- Homeowner Responsibilities
- Ensure clear and unobstructed access to the property.
- Inform Idaho Roofing Contractors of any underground utilities or services that may be affected.
- Secure valuables and ensure site safety during installation.
- Liability
- The new roof is provided “as-is” without warranties, express or implied.
- Idaho Roofing Contractors is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages from roof installation or use.
- Homeowners assume all risks associated with roof installation.
- Homeowners agree to hold Idaho Roofing Contractors harmless from any claims, damages, or losses.
- Media Release
- By accepting the roof, winners agree to a media release for promotional purposes.
- Winners grant Idaho Roofing Contractors the right to use their name, likeness, and story in any media.
- Privacy
- Personal information collected during the nomination process will be used solely for selecting and contacting the winner.
- Idaho Roofing Contractors will not share personal information without consent, except as required by law.
- Disqualification
- Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.
- Failure to comply with contest rules or preparation requirements may result in disqualification.
- Verification
- Idaho Roofing Contractors reserves the right to verify the eligibility and need of nominees.
- Indemnification
- Winners agree to indemnify and hold Idaho Roofing Contractors harmless from claims, damages, or losses related to roof installation or use.
- Arbitration
- Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration per the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Governing Law
- These contest rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
- Amendments
- Idaho Roofing Contractors reserves the right to amend these contest rules at any time. Amendments will be posted on our website.
