Repairs
This is the second time I have worked with Idaho Roofing Contractors. The first time they put in a flashing that had not been put in during the construction of our home. During this repair they also noticed our vents were made of plastic and they all had cracks in them. Their work for the flashing and replacement of the vents was excellent and quick. This time we had an issue with rainwater flowing over the raingutter and under to run down the soffit. IRC notice the builders had placed an extra piece of sheet metal under the shingles so two inches of the raingutter was not being used. EXCELLENT CATCH by the company. The roof technician that came out to fix the problem was professional, courteous, and worked quickly to fix the problem. His name was Polo and I highly recommend him and Idaho Roofing Contractors for any of your roofing needs or problems.

Excellent Customer Service
Lane is amazing!! I was recommended to him from my moving company. I left a message for him. He called me back within 5 min! I explained my situation to him. He listened to me, came out the next day to evaluate my roof, and gave me his best advice that did not include using him! He didn’t try to sell me his services. He helped me decide what was best for me. Who does that???!! I still had questions after I left and he still was willing to help me. I highly recommend Lane! He is responsive, nice, helpful and honest!!
Extra Mile
Lane and Chris came to diagnose a leak we had in our roof. They were unable to get up on the roof due to weather, but returned quickly and got an idea of what the problem was. It turned out the leak was related to our solar panels. Lane went the extra mile to find out who had taken over the warranty on our panels, reached out to the company, and got them in touch with me. Doing the extra visit and leg work regarding the solar company was incredibly helpful. Both he and Chris were kind and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work/repairs.
Replacing patio roof
Polo was conscientious and hard working, even pleasant while replacing our patio roof IN THE RAIN. Great job!
Shingles missing or damaged?
Following some heavy snow fall it appeared some roofing singles had shifted and possibly some were missing. We worked with Chris at Idaho Roofing Contractors. He was extremely pleasant, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He determined there was no damage.

Great Experience All Around
Idaho Roofing Contractors and their employees were a pleasure to work with from looking at the old garage roof to giving me several options. Chris Newton is a great salesperson. I loved his video and hands on presentation, outlining what my roof looked like and choices I had. He kept me up on who was coming to do which jobs. Eddy and his roofing crew were great. They were very professional in removing the old roof and putting on the new one, including cleaning up each day. They did a great job of putting up the solar fan I bought, too. I was very impressed by Chris's knowledge about all aspects of roofing-not just the sales part. I highly recommend Idaho Roofing Contractors!
Very Professional
We scheduled a roof repair for 10/28/2022. When Chase arrived he checked over the area to be repaired and determined that there really was no need to fix anything! We really appreciated his expertise and honesty and he saved us a significant amount of money! Highly recommend Chase to do any of your needed roofing repairs.
